CyclopsEMX includes 2 USB ports.  You can attach a USB hub and put this anywhere convenient in the cockpit. 

You can use the USB hub to attach a keyboard when updating your checklists or to attach your USB flash drive to listen to music. 

You can also attach the USB flash drive to get your engine data, position data (tracking), or fuel fill up data to take home with you.

If you haven't seen one this is a picture of a USB flash drive.  They are usually under $30 for a 256MB version.

Use any industry standard USB flash drive to take your data with you.
